Education, courses and training

At D.B.E. Gurney Resource Berhad, we invest in our employees. Education, courses and training are very important and are available for all levels and positions. There are specialist courses and hygiene courses for our production workers, for example. Production managers take special quality courses.

D.B.E. Gurney Resource Berhad is a multicultural company. An increasing number of nationalities is represented in our company. Cultural courses are available for foreign employees. It is important for managers to understand other cultures and know why employees behave in a particular way. Knowledge of other religions and their significance for day-to-day work is also a prerequisite for working well together. The special internal cultural training is characterised by a diversity of nationalities. There are many different courses available for middle and senior managers in the business units.
